Founder and Principal
Richard has 20+ years of experience in retail development, tenant representation, project leasing and real estate development. He is currently developing 130+ acres at the intersection of Cypress Rosehill / Grand Parkway (NEC and SEC) and has actively worked as an owner on a number of projects in the Greater Houston market including Tomball, League City, The Woodlands, Conroe, Telfair, Houston, Spring, Baytown.
Richard has worked with a number of tenants in the greater Houston Market, including Ethan Allen, Sport Clips, Reach Stretch Studios, Kido International, Sally Beauty Supply, Papa Murphy's Take N Bake Pizza, Baskin Robbins, Vietopia, 1/2 Price Boxes, Subway, Little Caeser's Pizza, Oxi Fresh, Furniture Town, State Farm, Bread Man Baking, Signarama and more.
Richard has also worked with a number of ownership interests in a leasing capacity, including Regency Centers, Westwood Financial Corp, Lovett Commercial, Wallace/Halpin, Urban Meridian, Braun Enterprises, Edifis Group, Schiller Del Grande Restaurant Group, Office Max, Interstate Batteries, Advance Auto and more.
His experience in the industry has allowed him to develop and strengthen relationships with the core developers and brokers, as well as tenants, and he has learned to leverage these relationships to grow and succeed in comprehensively assisting tenants in site selection and putting development projects together.
Richard is also a multi-unit operator of Sport Clips with 10 stores in greater Houston. He is happily married with two little girls and enjoys playing golf and snow skiing when he gets the opportunity to do either.
