ABOUT US

RADIUS Advisors carries 25+ years experience in retail development, tenant representation, project leasing and investment sales.  As a developer, we have actively worked on a number of projects in the Greater Houston market including League City, The Woodlands, Conroe, Telfair, Houston, Spring, Baytown and, acting in a tenant representation capacity, we have executed over 1,000 deals in the Texas and national market.

Our experience in the industry has allowed us to develop and strengthen relationships with the mainstream developers and brokers, as well as tenants and we have learned to leverage these relationships to grow and succeed in comprehensively assisting tenants in site selection and putting development projects together.
